Inner Thigh Toner Workout: 10 side lunges, each, 15 plie squats, 20 sideways scissors, 10 clamshells, each, 20 inner thigh lifts, each, 30 sideways scissors, 10 pilates froggers, 10 side lunges, each, 20 plie squats. (will need to look up clamshells & pilates froggers)
